The remodeled guest suite is on the ground floor of a two-story brick home. The suite is a private room on the bottom floor inside of a larger apartment primarily situated on the top floor. The studio suite has three windows, wooden floors, a common door that connects with the apartment, and a private door that opens to the street. Original details such as a large dance studio mirror, tin ceilings, and exposed reclaimed wood beams. One queen bed is in the main space, one queen bed is perched in the loft. The futon sofa has been updated to an 83" deep seat sofa. Linens and towels are 100% cotton. Sleeps 2 The guest suite has a private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with sink and small refrigerator. The kitchenette is equipped with a convection toaster oven, hot plate, french press coffee maker, ninja blender and electric kettle. There is not a full size oven/range. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans are included. The dining table seats four. There are two ceiling fans, air conditioning and heating that you can control. Storage includes the credenza, closet with hangers and shelves. Per NYC AirBnb regulations, the host will be present during your stay. This is a legal, hosted stay for up to two guests.
