Amazing wall-to-wall closet with tons of storage options, room to hang short and long garments, drawers, shoe storage, and suitcase storage above. Iron and ironing board provided. The living room is cozy and outfitted with a new seven-foot sofa, which can open up to a full-size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook, and a 2 top kitchen table, which can be used for WFH. You'll find tons of kitchen storage as well as an additional utility cupboard. The bathroom has plaster walls and unique, crafty river stone tilework in the shower. Green marble sink, kohler basin and two separate medicine cabinet sections with great storage capacity. You'll find Japanese Maple, Paper Birch and Empress trees in the outdoor space, which bloom beautifully in warmer months. The patio area directly next to your entrance is dedicated to the apartment and has a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. BBQ in warmer months! As this is a longer term rental, we have a cleaner that can come weekly/bimonthly to do cleanings, change sheets and towels for an extra charge.
